Overview of the role:
This role entails delivering technical training to dealership personnel, maintaining equipment and facilities to Honda, State, and Federal standards, and analyzing training needs for districts, dealers, and technicians. Daily supervision to ensure vehicles are safe and defect-free, while managing the technical team according to company policies. Additionally, the role involves ensuring the workshop meets manufacturer's standards for excellent customer service.

What you will do:
- Collaborate with product development, operations, and product management teams to obtain information required for developing training materials on all aspects of the product
- Develop training content and tailor it based on trainees' needs
- Contribute to team planning for both training and development schedules
- Support development of e-learning solutions
- Ensure new training methodologies are incorporated into training approaches used
- Contribute to total customer satisfaction through ensuring proper distribution and execution of all repair orders and sublet repairs
- Ensure all customers vehicles are ready for delivery at the time promised
- Maintain minimum number of vehicle carryovers
- Maintain zero comebacks by conducting final quality inspection
- Carry out inspections and instructing technicians on self-check procedures
- Managing Workshop KPIs and developing action plan for continuous improvement
- Encouraging workshop team to implement Special Service Tools (SST) in their daily work
- Schedule and follow up on equipment maintenance
- Maintain high level of motivation and morale in the team and ensure development of the staff, to achieve high level of employee satisfaction

About the team:
In this role, you will be working in a fast paced and dynamic environment reporting directly to the Aftersales Supervisor.

What equips you for the role:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Body and Paint operations
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Excellent oral and written English
