Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure

Job description / Role

My client a leading real estate developer is seeking a highly skilled and experienced On-Site Senior Project Manager to oversee the infrastructure development of a large-scale project in Oman.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
* Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
* Manage project budget, resource allocation, and expenditures.
* Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
* Manage and mitigate project risks to ensure successful completion.
* Provide direction and support to project team members, including contractors and subcontractors.
* Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and regulatory authorities.
* Act as the main point of contact for all project-related communications.
* Resolve any issues and conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
* Proven working experience as a project manager in infrastructure development projects.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Proficiency in project management software tools.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
* Experience working on infrastructure projects in the Middle East region.
